Description
We are looking for a Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in the coffee business. Should be trainable, have a positive attitude and timeous. Must have own Transport and valid driver's license.
Your job is but not limited to the following:
* Product Knowledge (Training will be given)
* Doing spot checks on SOP's (Is it been followed & implemented)
* Checking whether dating & labeling has been done and if it is correct
* Staff attendance register
* Staff uniform (are they dressed appropriately)
* Are the staff neat & tidy
