Executive Chef with a love for Pastries

We are a small privately owned, High-end goods Bakery with two outlets We are looking for an Executive Chef with Management Experience and a Passion for Pastries to take over the reigns. Some expectations includes: Quality and Stock Control Brand development and building Effective Management of staff and resources Training Estabilshing and Maintaining HACCP Standards Etc. We are looking for someone who can grow with the business and buy into the vision we have for the Brand Growth. Remuneration: R25k to R30k Negotionable based on Qualifications, Experience and Expertise.
