Unlike older systems, it has a completely removable sealed basket that houses the extracted bees. It is then a very simple and quick process to remove the basket and transfer the bees to your new hive. The box has an inspection window on the top so you can see what’s happening inside the box. The box also has separate adjustable vents for regulating the suction of the vacuum for maximum bee survival. Comes with a pipe that fits on the suction port of the box. Std swimming pool pipes can also be used. The large basket has a dimension of 300x300mm so can accommodate a large colony. Spare baskets are also available as an extra if needed.
