We currently have a Maintenance position available at our shopping centre.
We are looking for a hard-working individual who is not scared to think outside of the box and who is energetic and gets excited to resolve problems. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic electrical, basic plumbing, wet works (building, plastering), shopfitting, tiling, waterproofing, roofing, painting and general maintenance items. Experience in the retail/shopping centre environment will be advantageous.

· Positive attitude.
· Willing to go the extra mile.
· You will be required to work overtime as required.
· Will be required to be on standby from time to time.
· Must be able to prioritise between tasks.
· Experience in shopfitting.
· Self-confidence.
· Willingness to learn new skills.
· Have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle as required.
· Must have a valid matric certificate.
· Must be able to work in a team.
· Must be trustworthy.
· Bilingual (Afrikaans, English)
