Background & Mission of the College

On The Ball College seeks to help develop South Africa into a knowledge-based society by encouraging more people to become educated and develop their skills as a means of contributing to economic growth.

We have an exciting opportunity for 28 enthusiastic, hardworking and eager learners to join a Technical Support Level 4 learnership programme. This highly regarded program will run for 12 months. It is a work integrated program and you therefore will be required to study and work during the 12 months.

Learning opportunity

● You will attend training in Technical Support via onsite classroom and online.

● You will complete a Portfolio towards this full qualification.

● You will have work integrated training while completing the learnership

Requirements

● Must be SA citizen

● Must live in Cape Town and live close to the college in Milnerton.

● Must not be involved in any other programme during the learnership duration or employed anywhere.

● Must be between the ages of 18-25

● Must have Matric with Mathematics.

● No criminal or credit record.

● Must be willing to go through screening skills assessments

● Must want to pursue a career as an IT.

● Good communication skills

● Previous ICT experience is an advantage.

● Must be willing to do the work integrated learning when required.

● Must be committed to be on the programme until the end and be present in all classes.

● (C Higher Grade or B Lower Grade) pass in Mathematics and English in matric.

● The course fees are all sponsored and a stipend will be given for the duration of the project.(T& C’s applied)
