How it works

• You can make a set appointment or simply give us a 24-hour heads-up and we’ll send a group or an individual to your offices.

• An accredited SSM agent will come to your premises to process an individual’s fingerprints and return the results.

• Results can either be collected or send via email.

• Approved companies can apply to be registered as an accredited agent to do their own searches.

• *For results provided within 8 to 12 hours, an increased fee applies.

• Rechecks: Electronic rechecks of previously reviewed individuals can be requested. No call-out required.

EXPUNGEMENT (Clearing of Criminal Record)

Allow SSM to apply for a withdrawal of a Criminal Record (Expungement) for you. We complete and send all applications to the Department of Justice. (T&C’s Apply)
