DELI MANAGER / QUEENSTOWN – FMCG Retail – The successful Candidate will be required to reside in Queenstown.Minimum Requirements;Matric/Senior CertificateStrong Leadership ability as will be overseeing approx. 4 staff membersMinimum 3 years’ experience in running a DeliStrong knowledge and experience in food preparation for hot mealsStock Take/Ordering/Stock control knowledge and experience requiredKnowledge of full hygiene protocolsProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookFluent in English – Read, Speak and WriteAbility to work Retail Hours – shift week-endsThe suitable Candidate must:Have strong planning and organizational skillsAble to use their initiative at all timesStrong Leadership/Supervisory skillsSalary: R7500 depending on experienceUndertakings:Criminal check
