This Pygmy unit can be supplied with one Guinness style stout tap (also known as a sparkler tap) for dispensing Nitro Coffee, and a second standard tap for your normal cold brew coffee. When combined with this tap and using a Nitrogen/CO2 gas mixture, the result is a wonderful Guinness like pour and a smooth delicious cold brew Nitro Coffee product. It is a plug and play unit that will be ready to dispense your favourite cold brew nitro coffee blend within minutes of turning it on. The single tap Pygmy can also do nitro or cold brew coffee.
