Responsibility:
The successful candidate should possess the following: • Ability to efficiently engage with clients on general queries and support via email, WhatsApp and telephonically. • Accurate capturing of client registration forms, and registration of pre-paid electricity meters • Effectively provide clients with Municipal Electricity tariff rates • Attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and ensure all queries are managed and resolved timeously. • General administrative duties • Ability to effectively work within a team as well as alone. • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Candidate Requirements: • Matric • Must be computer literate. • Customer service / call centre / general administration experience • Ability to work weekends, public holidays and shifts. • Clear Credit and Criminal Record Required Skills: Customer Service Agent – 1 year or less Administration – 1 year or less Market related salary with company benefits
