Our client in the FMCG industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Senior Logistics Manager in the Queensburgh, KZN area.Requirements:Relevant Degree (NQF 7)Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required levelMust have an understanding of the FMCG manufacturing environmentPeople management experience of about 20+ employeesComputer Literate - AdvancedValid Code 08 driver's licenseMust be willing to work extended hoursMust be fluent in Business EnglishKPAs:Manage the availability of raw materials and packagingManage stock control function - optimal stock levelsAssist with all products that are manufactured on the siteEnsure uninterrupted supply of raw and packaging materialsBe proactive to prevent lossesConduct meetings and ensure effective communication to everyone Liaise and communicate with management in all of the departments
