Skilled Helpdesk Technician with Server Experience Needed

We are searching for a skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Cape Town! In this role, you'll provide exceptional technical support to our internal users while troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues.

What you'll be doing:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by internal users

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance

Configure and maintain computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Install and troubleshoot software applications

Maintain and update technical documentation

Experience with setting up and configuring servers is a major plus

What you'll ideally have:

A+ and/or Network+ certification (advantageous)

Experience working in a Helpdesk environment (advantageous)

Strong understanding of Microsoft server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Drivers license (preferable)
