This lovely double story house is located in Glentana, very comfortable self-catering home with lovely sea view.
Enjoy nature at its best, within walking distance of the beach +- 200m, 5min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about 3km from De Dekke centre.
There are 4 bedrooms in this house.
The main bedroom has a double bed
2nd bedroom - double bed
3rd bedroom - double bed
4th bedroom - single bed (additional mattress can be arranged)
One bathroom is equipped with a shower / toilet and basin, the other one has a bath / toilet and basin.
Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own swimming and bath towels.
The kitchen and open living area is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and all essential utensils.
Outside is a braai area in the garden, or sit and relax on the deck with a lovely sea view.
The house has DSTV dish bring own decoder and card as well as Wifi available.
No Garage but plenty off parking outside - very safe area.
There is an outside warm shower available.
The house can comfortably sleep max 7 people and is available for holiday rental From 1 December 2021 to 15 January 2022 (12 days or more)
R3850 per day (minimum 14 days).
R3000 Refundable Breakage Fee
