KNYS n NAutical is on the second floor of a complex called Yellowood in Knysna. It is a fully equipped apartment with three bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and a separate toilet with hand basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities and a breakfast nook. The lounge leads onto a balcony that overlooks the estuary and has views of the heads. For a wonderful holiday or successful business, the trip makes KNYS n NAutical your home away from home. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The lounge has a three-seater couch, two armchairs, TV with DSTV Family and leads onto a balcony which has a built-in braai and patio furniture. There are stairs to the apartment and therefore it is not paraplegic friendly. There are a swimming pool and laundry in the complex and a covered parking bay at the foot of the stairway to the apartment. We have a housekeeper that meets and greats our guests and who you can contact should you require the apartment to be cleaned during your stay (this would be for your own account). We are just a phone call, email or text message away. There are visitors parking bays available in the complex should you require parking for a second vehicle. All linen used is cotton, and extra blankets are provided for those chilly winter evenings. Each bathroom has heated towel rails. Each bedroom has a door leading out onto the deck, which spans the front of the whole house and offers spectacular views of either the Knysna Lagoon or the Outeniqua mountains. Wooden sliding shutter doors can be used to keep out the elements at night, while wall heaters keep the rooms cosy while you sleep. The kitchens are fully equipped with all standard appliances, including a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All homes are serviced. The houses each have an elevated deck on one side and a sun dappled patio on the other with a built in braai. Each self-catering unit has a fireplace, TV, and Hi-Fi. There is a fireplace in the house and a braai on the deck. Wood can be purchased; and you must bring your own firelighting supplies. Basic cleaning supplies (e.g ; washing up liquid) are provided, all foodstuffs must be supplied by yourself. Linen, towels (not swimming towels), toilet paper is supplied by us.
