I am a very experienced, passionate and organized care giver who was trained comprehensively at AGNES HOME CARERS in 2017 and undertook my practical voluntary and later employment at RUSORD OLD AGE HOME in stikland where I did get further hand on experience in nursing various patients who included:

Dementia and Alzheimer's patients, post operated patients who needed special care, patients with Parkinson illness, patients with lupus condition frail and bedridden patients who needed everyday care, patients who are handclapped and needed help with mobility and cancer patients

During all daily shifts within the residence, I performed various duties which involved:

Bed making and sanitizing rooms

Changing diapers, bedpan and assisting other able patients to shower in bathrooms

Conducting full wash on patients, skin care, mouth wash and grooming patients and make up

Feeding patients

Taking all vitals like blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse and temperature

Assisting nurses to give out medication and monitoring

Bed changing , cleaning her room and opening windows each morning

Conducting bed bath, skin care, mouth wash and all continence care

Pressure care managing and dressing all wounds

Checking vitals and ,making sure she takes her vital medication on time

Moving her from bed to wheelchair for all mobility including all doctors visitations

Making her healthy meals and assisting with feeding etc
