Customer Experience Advisor

CXP are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our global team.

Job Requirements:

• Original ID Document - No certified copies will be accepted
• South African Bank Account (we do not accept 3rd party bank accounts)
• Tax Number
• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
• Bachelors Degree (Min. 1st year Completed/ in Progress)
• Clear Credit and Criminal record
• Computer literate
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service space
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent command and use of English, both written and Verbal
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Able to navigate through various systems at once
• Good attendance and performance record
• Reliable transport to Umhlanga
• Ability to bring insight
• Maintain a high performance
• Vaccinated against Covid19

Duties Include:

• Handling customer inquiries via email and telephonically
• Proactively identify issues and problems before arising
• Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures
• Providing world class customer service
• Working with various parts of the business to resolve issues

Working Hours- 09H00-21H00 (ROTATIONAL SHIFTS) (SUBJECT TO UK CLOCKCHANGE) (MON-FRI) / ALTERNATE SATURDAYS
