Requirements:
- Proven Business to Business (B2B) outbound sales experience in the BPO environment
- International outbound sales experience
- Experience of working to serious targets in a period of significant growth.
- Experience of selling to new and existing customers and balancing this work.
- Experience of developing and implementing sales plans.
- Experience of developing and implementing sales pipelines.
- Experience of delivering an excellent customer experience in a commercial setting.
- Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Knowledge of principles of sales and customer experience.
Working Hours:
09:45 - 19:00 (Monday - Thurs)
09:45 - 17:45 (Friday)
* If weekly targets are met, Consultants may finish at 16:30 on Fridays.
Important Information
This will be a work from home position, all consultants will be required to work on site until they are up to speed & meeting their targets.
All equipment & connection will be provided at company cost.
