Supply Chain Planner

An opportunity exists for a SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER to play a key role in the growth and management of one of South Africa’s most exciting start-ups. The role requires hands on approach with minimum resources and staff in start-up environment – someone who wants the challenge to roll up their sleeves and getting the job done, with minimum resources and people.

Great office location (out of the city), Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Responsibilities include:
Demand Planning
Inventory Control/Management
Purchase Order Management
Inventory Analysis
Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Statistics, CPIM, CSCP certification or Quantitative analysis
3-5 years in planning, business analyst or similar role in a FMCG or cosmetic/pharmaceutical environment
Advanced Excel
Self-starter with a passion for excellence and achievement, in an entrepreneurial environment, as you build a market-leading stock holding approach
Use your knowledge and experience to build a best in Demand and Supply Planning that it is effective, progressive, and scalable.
