Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Visa Consulting & Analytics Senior Manager you will undertake consulting engagements for Visa clients in South Africa .
 

You will:
Lead and develop Visa Consulting & Analytics practice in South Africa
Drive meaningful business relationships between Visa and its key clients in South Africa
Be an experienced strategy consultant able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domains
Manage the delivery of high quality consultancy engagements.
 
Day to day:
Understand our clients’ business objectives together with South Africa Account Management Team and identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clients
Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients
Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate
Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of delivery
Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams as well as the with the Visa Innovation team.
Qualifications

What we're after:
• At least 8+ of solid experience in the following areas: value proposition design, digital
transformation experience, product development and launch, card portfolio optimization.
• Experience within a top-tier bank or the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm.
A combination of regional and global experience strongly desired.
