Maintenance Technician required for a property management company

We are a property management company that manages residential complexes and commercial units. We require a person that has experience in doing maintenance, renovating and repairs. This position is permanent and we require you to do daily maintenance independently on all of our complexes we have from Monday to Friday. You will get an assistant to help you with the maintenance.

Must have the following experience:

· Painting

· General Plumbing

· General Electrical

· Cupboard repairs

· Tiling

· Skimming and Plastering
