RE5 Exam & FSCA approved qualification5 years experience in Insurance industry at Managerial/Senior levelKnowledge of Medical Aid/Medical Insurance and GAP cover with ability to craft comprehensive comparisons and solutions for clientsKnowledge of regulatory requirements as well as compliance with FAIS and FICAResponsibilities :Act as primary contact for clients and engage in business development initiative to achieve growth in client portfolioService all Medical Aid clients by reviewing plans and conduct required consultation with clientsLiaise with clients regarding Medical Aid updates and value add optionsAchieve compliance with regulatory requirements such as FIAS & FICAConduct regular meetings with relevant StakeholdersConduct health care related training and induction trainingResearch Medical Aid cover options and present options to potential clients highlighting cost and benefitsNegotiate with service providers and develop health care related programsProvide assistance to junior colleagues and engage in all business development initiatives with the companyImplement strategies to maintain client retention
