Description
The successful candidate should be available to work untraditional hours as this position requires working with international clients.
To ensure the safety and security of all clients and staff worldwide by providing pro-active factual alerts to any possible threat or environment change in
areas where clients and teams travel / stay. This may include facilitation of emergency incidents by following SOP. Efficient control and management of
all relevant information and assets by adhering to SOP. Analytic report writing and security assessments. This will include the management and
monitoring of the ESU as well as all Operations activities.

Qualifications & Skills
CPO qualified
Firearm trainer
First Aid certified
Minimum Experience & Attributes
10+ years experience within the security industry
4+ years managerial experience.
English proficiency

Advanced Excel and MS skills

Calm in high pressure environments
Customer Contact
Prompt and professional responses to clients, accurate quotes, and information.
Update customer on task progress as agreed.

Task Administration
Create working schedule before quote is drawn up.
Be the direct contact with vendors, suppliers and partners and manage relationships and quality output.
Accurately plan and quote tasks oversee and sign off on working schedules and ensure quality trip briefs and correct schedules are sent in time.
Ensure sufficient resources are in place for TASKS.
Always maintain contact with TASK Team on the ground activities and tasks/jobs.
Ensure timeous action is taken when dealing with changes, threats and amendments related to a task. Update the working schedule.
