Financial Accountant

You will prepare journals, reconcile accounts, and prepare management account information for multiple companies in the group.Other duties include:Ensuring the accuracy of loan draw-down repayment calculations, including the calculation of interest on arrears, early settlements and detailed amortisationSending invoices with statements and payment reminder emails to customersPreparing and loading debit ordersVAT Calculations and ReconciliationsManaging and resolving unpaid obligationsCash Flow ManagementBalance Sheet ReconciliationsAd hoc assignments Education:BCom with Majors in Accounting and Finance majors non-negotiable Job Experience & Skills Required:Minimum of 3 years' experience in Bookkeeping/AccountingIndustry experience: Must come from Property/TelecommunicationsExperience with Microsoft 365/Xero/Microsoft Teams or Standard Bank Online advantageousExcel Advanced LevelFinancial understanding of loans/leases/amortisationProblem solverEffective communication skillsTeam playerDeadline drivenEffectively works under pressure APPLY NOW!
