Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Your marketing expertise are urgently required by this well known, expanding international entity in the FMCG/pharmaceutical sector!

Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Marketing Materials and other literature:

All marketing materials must be accurate and professionally displayed, incorporating approved Herbalife branding; they MUST be proof read and checked thoroughly prior to distribution to ensure there are no spelling mistakes or grammatical errors.

Ensure correct global image for all product and literature produced whilst incorporating local/legal and other requirements.

Keep abreast with all local developments with regard to the food industry and local regulations in order to ensure up to date and accurate adherence to legal and DSA requirements.

Search Engine Marketing and SEO:
Staff Product Training:
Staff Engagement
Sponsorship Management

Developing and implementing a successful sponsorship strategy and the management, direction and delivery of all incumbent partners

contractual rights.

Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and achieve all business objectives.

Managing the development and implementation of all creative and marketing elements associated with sponsorship.

Establishing a permanent market presence while working with partners to ensure they secure maximum value from their sponsorship events.

Ensuring all contract requirements are met.

Product Launches
Manage Corporate marketing campaigns
Adhoc Marketing Project Assistance
Effective communication to all internal departments
In addition, the Marketing Specialist should be able to:

Follow simple instructions & copy standard formats carefully, with minimum errors.

Priorities tasks effectively and work efficiently & independently to meet agreed deadlines.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Ad hoc projects as required.



Minimum requirements for Skills/Education/Experience:


Matric qualification
Marketing Diploma/Degree qualification essential (Non negotiable)
3-5 years experience in a Marketing environment preferably in a related Industry
Commercial experience displaying proof of strong organisational skills
2 years experience in Sponsorship management advantageous
Search Engine Marketing experience advantageous
Product launch experience advantageous
Fluent in spoken and written English. Any second language advantageous
Able to work as part of a local and an international team but also independently when supervisor/Manager is out of the office
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint minimum requirements; web design
