Education:
BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering (preferably)
Government Certificate of Competency - Mines & Works


Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Experience in a cement/pyrometallurgy/heavy engineering environment
Must come from an environment with rotary kiln and hydraulics
Must have at least 8 years experience working in a maintenance role
A proven track record of improving operations and performance
