Our client in the mining industry, has an EE opportunity available for an Assistant Manager Engineer - Projects to be based in the Lephalala, Limpopo area. This will be a contract position for 7 months.Requirements:B Tech Electrical Engineering ( Essential/Minimum or )B Tech Mechanical Engineering ( Essential/Minimum or )BEng Electrical Engineering ( Essential/Minimum or )BEng Mechanical Engineering ( Essential/Minimum )Gov Cert of Competence: Engineering (Essential/Minimum)Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)8 years relevant plant, production, operational and maintenance experience; with Project Management, Design and development experienceEngineering Council of SA (PrEng) registrationKPAs:Coordinate commissioning, quality assurance processes as well as performance criteria testingConduct complex analysis of project systems and processesProvide inputs in designs, technical reviews, Hazard and OperabilityStudy (HAZOPS) and other project related reviewsEvaluate and complete projects with minimum risk, within allocated timeframes and according to specified budgetary requirementsManage capital projects with regard to processes, technology and equipment.We regret that only South Africa citizens will be considered for this position.
