Warranty Clerk
Vehicle Dealership is looking to fill a position for a Warranty Clerk for their Service department in North West.
Duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with Managers and technicians, Fulfilling warranty requirements, Solving warranty issues, Monitoring defective products, Maintaining records of customer details, and reporting of warranties
Requirements:
- Experience as Warranty clerk within Service department
- Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like Vw, Audi, BMW, ect
- Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills,
- Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
- Motor industry experience specifically
- Grade 12
- Clear criminal record

* The successful person will need to come from the fibre, CCTV, structured cabling, , networking equipment & routers space.
* The right candidate will have previous experience in sales as well as the ability to sell ice to an Eskimo.
* Patience, friendly and positive personality, excellent communication skills – verbally and written. We require someone who enjoys working with people - we are nice people and are looking for similarly nice people to work with.
* An understanding of customer and market dynamics.
