Our Kirkwood based agri client, operating in the citrus industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Specialist to their dynamic team!

Key / essential duties and responsibilities:

• Advise on general HR issues.
• Advise on Labour Relations issues.
• Provide Disciplinary and Grievance guidance.
• Policy and documentation compliance.
• Manage Ad Hoc HR tasks.
• This person will be tasked to train and develop managers to run disciplinary processes and hearings.
• Educate staff around IR policies and processes.
• Opportunity for this person to take over as HR manager in a couple of years' time.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Umalusi national senior certificate).
• A relevant B-Degree (M+3).
• 2 or more years integrated exposure in IR/HR.
• Extensive understanding of the portfolio of Human Resources Management.
• Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry.
• General business acumen.
• Intermediate usage of Microsoft Office.
