To provide System Training and support of Operational teams

Formal Qualifications:

Minimum Grade twelve (12) / Matric with Mathematics
Customer liaison/Employee Benefit industry qualifications will be advantageous.

Required Experience:

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in the Financial Industry

Experience in the Retirement Fund environment will be advantageous.

Operational Effectiveness:

Training
- Set up training facilities by booking venues and preparing all other equipments
- Send the assessments to new employees
- Provide theory and practical training of the new employees
- Marking of assessments electronically
- Update procedure guide if there are any system changes
- Reporting on the performance of the trained staff to their managers
- Handle training queries of the trained staff.
