Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects within the division for Digital Orchestrators. We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal relationships and extensive IT and Business skills.
The key performance areas will include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Extensive Business and Analysis experience,
- Project coordination and Budget management,
- Experience in Project Management,
- Must be able to manage a team of Template Developers,
- Strong knowledge of IT environments, Systems and Methodologies,
- Extensive training experience.
Position requirements
The position requires a candidate with the following:
- At least 10 years in the IT Industry in possibly different roles.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development and/or Implementation.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agile software development and/or project management in the IT Industry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT training.
- Some form of Degree/Diploma in Information Technology.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word.
- Experience in using Microsoft Business tools - Microsoft 365, Teams etc.
- Knowledge and preferably experience with various project planning and tracking tools and project methodologies such as Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA
- Proven system and business process enhancement and implementation track record.
- Report writing and Document Generation and Automation experience will be beneficial.
