Solution Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects within the division for Digital Orchestrators. We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal relationships and extensive IT and Business skills.

The key performance areas will include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Extensive Business and Analysis experience,
• Project coordination and Budget management,
• Experience in Project Management,
• Must be able to manage a team of Template Developers,
• Strong knowledge of IT environments, Systems and Methodologies,
• Extensive training experience.

Position requirements

The position requires a candidate with the following:

• At least 10 years in the IT Industry in possibly different roles.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development and/or Implementation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agile software development and/or project management in the IT Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT training.
• Some form of Degree/Diploma in Information Technology.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word.
• Experience in using Microsoft Business tools - Microsoft 365, Teams etc.
• Knowledge and preferably experience with various project planning and tracking tools and project methodologies such as Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA
• Proven system and business process enhancement and implementation track record.
• Report writing and Document Generation and Automation experience will be beneficial.
