To qualify for this position, you need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, and Photoshop), CSS & Wordpress
- Experience in digital media
- Have an understanding of brand building
- Strong layout and typographic skills
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Able to work under pressure
- Motion graphics/animation/video experience would be beneficial
- Good copywriting/proof reading skills would be beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Writing efficient code
- Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
- Digital: Website design, E-Newsletters, banner ads, Gifs, basic animated graphics for social media, newsletters, corporate identities, banners and the design other digital artwork etc.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and trends in digital marketing and design
- Liaising effectively with team members
- Creating websites using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website
- Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content, ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what time frame
- Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation
- Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
- Automation and CRM (PipeDrive/Zoho) experience would be beneficial
- Experience in digital marketing platforms (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

Job DescriptionThe Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures across our existing and growing portfolio of 11 renewable energy projects. The projects are required to be socially and environmentally sustainable and comply with nationally and internationally recognized best practices.
The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the policy goals of the company in regards to ESG best practice and standards.
