Underwriter (Short term insurance)

A well established national insurance brokerage is looking for a junior personal lines underwriter to join the team. *Area: *Bedfordview *Duties & Responsibilities* The personal lines underwriter will be responsible for the full underwriting function for domestic policies. The applicant needs to be able to underwrite a policy from the beginning to end of the process, including renewals, screening, endorsements, rating and handling of account queries. *Desired Experience & Qualification* 1. Valid SA ID 2. Matric 3. A minimum of 1 year personal lines underwriting or short term insurance experience 4.
