Technical Coordinator

* Plan technician’s work load daily * Complete quotations * Create job card’s for technicians * Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget * Co-ordinate and communicate between technician’s and customer’s * Cost & calculate materials, labour & transport in order to prepare quotations for repairs / maintenance to refrigeration and air-conditioning   Must be computer literate  - Excel, Word, Powerpoint Accurate with figures Costing experience on job cards and pricing It would be an advantage to have knowledge of components for aircon and refrigeration but not essential.     Must be computer literate  - Excel, Word, Powerpoint Accurate with figures Costing experience on job cards and pricing It would be an advantage to have knowledge of components for aircon and refrigeration but not essential.
