Senior IT Manager : Global Manufacturing

An exciting opportunity exists at an International manufacturing concern for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the IT department and implement the strategic global plan for the organisation. The candidate will lead the strategic plan as well as implement the full IT governance strategy for the group. This candidate will be responsible for managing the local and global IT function. This role forms part of the global Manco. Syspro experience in non-negotiable. * Lead the full IT projects. * Define and implement the IT strategy and processes. * Formulate and implementation of the IT budget. * Management of the IT department including the Junior IT Manager, Network Administrators and IT Technicians * Ensure the IT department delivers to the strategic global plan * IT Strategy development * Business process , application and technology architecture * Operational and strategic planning * Manage, develop and maintain the servers for the logistics, warehouse and sales teams * Project management * 10+ Years’ experience as an IT Manager * Manufacturing experience * Global experience * Experience working at a strategic/Manco level * Strong knowledge in Project Management, IT strategy development, application and technology architecture * Experience using International drives * Syspro experience R950 000 CTC to R1.25 Million CTC per annum based on qualifications and experience * 10+ Years’ experience as an IT Manager * Manufacturing experience * Global experience * Experience working at a strategic/Manco level * Strong knowledge in Project Management, IT strategy development, application and technology architecture * Experience using International drives * Syspro experience
