CNC Programmer

David Brown Santasalo South Africa is looking for a CNC Programmer to join our organisation.  * To comply with instructions on route sheet to complete task at hand and read drawing that is accompanying the route sheet. * Accordingly, programme, setting and operating of various CNC machines listed above. * Logging on and off of jobs onto SAP system. * Operate Overhead Crane. * Complying with QESH requirements including quality systems, SOPs and health and safety regulations. * Responsible for housekeeping in work area. * Educational requirements:  Preferably a qualified artisan with at least N3, or Grade 12 or at least 5 years’ experience as a CNC Programmer. * Must be able to operate, program and do setting of large work pieces on Horizontal Boring machines, VTL and Bridge type milling machine. Knowledge and experience on Fanuc and Mazatrol controls essential. * Service driven and reliable. * Must be able to work within a team environment. * Must be punctual, accurate, diligent, loyal, honest and conscientious.  Market Related.  * Educational requirements:  Preferably a qualified artisan with at least N3, or Grade 12 or at least 5 years’ experience as a CNC Programmer. * Must be able to operate, program and do setting of large work pieces on Horizontal Boring machines, VTL and Bridge type milling machine.
