Well established upmarket French / South African restaurant, popular among locals and foreigners.

With a bakery and deli on site is looking for a Chef to lead its fantastic kitchen team. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

The Chef will also be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, creating menus,

managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Requirements: • A Culinary degree is a must • Minimum two years experience in a similar position, overseas experience a plus

• Sound knowledge of French food

• Contactable references a must

• Ability to manage inventory and food costs • Passionate about cooking and creating high-quality dishes • Able to work weekends and holidays • Experience with breakfast menu Job Type: Full-time Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month based on experience.
