Sushi Chefs Required

Looking for sushi chef.

Manage all kitchen requirements and sushi preparation.

Must be able to work within specified costs parameters.

Deliver acceptable standards of sushi making including plating presentation.

Accountable for sushi stock and stock taking.

Work evenings and nights, weekends and public holidays.

Be independent and self-driven and work under pressure.

Good communication Skills.
