1995 Jaguar XJR6 (X306) Supercharged: 322 BHP / 512 NM ft of torque / Top Speed 250 km/h (limited) / 0-100 km/h in 5.7 secs. Very well maintained. Rare and collectors car.
AJ16 Inline 6, 4L Engine which are ultra reliable and one of Jaguars best engines ..,The XJR really deserves the logo of the "Wild Cat” and when it comes to the unsung heroes of the “luxury sport sedans” of the late 90’s these cars should be top of the list. Fitted with the first Superchargers (Eaton M90) accompanied with a sportier suspension and more aggressive look .., Jeremy Clarkson loved it so much he had two of them and rated this car as the best in the World at the time ..,
The 1994-1997 XJR’s wasn't plagued by the Nikasil issues that the later 1998 - 2001 XJR’s / BMW had.
Been in the same ownership for the last 12 years. Some of the bigger preventative item repairs have been done which rarely would be the case if advertised. Mechanically very sound. Starts and drives very well without any faults, works well in both S and N.
Online Jag Forums has probably covered any issue(s) that might arise - even one of the Engineers Andy Stodard (UK) are very active on these platforms (have all sorts of mods and mapping of ECU’s available).
Lots of preventative maintenance work done; most hoses, bushings, sensors etc. (Inquire for more in depth maintenance done / records),
All “Live Data” readings good / in specification,
Laptop (Dell) with proper Jaguar Diagnostic Software (Jaguar IDS118.5 ) (buying optional?),
New spares (buying optional?).
