Job Purpose: The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering a first-class customer service while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. Customer Service Agent Mango5 has an exciting new campaign, and we are seeking a personable, customer centric and service driven Customer Service Agent. The customer service agent will be responsible for addressing inbound customer calls that are not complaints nor policy change requests. This individual will mostly be dealing with potential new customers that may want to purchase the policy.
