We're seeking a skilled handyman to tackle a variety of tasks around our office building for a 2-week project!
Location: Bryanston
The Jobs:
Interior:
- Painting: Touch-up painting of walls, doors, and trim.
- Carpentry: Minor furniture repairs (e.g., loose hinges, broken drawer pulls), assembling new furniture.
- Electrical: Replacing light bulbs, switches, and outlets.
- Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, toilets, and replacing minor under-sink plumbing components.
- General Maintenance: Hanging shelves, pictures, mirrors, and mounting TVs.
Exterior:
- Carpentry: Repairing minor fence damage, loose steps, and outdoor furniture.
- Painting: Touch-up painting of building exterior trim.
- Gardening: Weeding flower beds, trimming shrubs, and minor landscaping tasks.
- General Maintenance: Replacing mailbox posts, light fixtures, and repairing minor issues with building signage.
The Ideal Candidate:
