Trainee Accountant Parkhurst

A boutique audit, tax, accounting, and advisory firm is seeking a Trainee Accountant. Running smaller audit/independent review clients from start to finish  Ability to think on their feet and not require too much input from seniors/managers (this would specifically be true for the small type of engagements the candidate will be assigned in the first 12 months of their articles) Team players (working with tax, accounting and secretarial department from time to time) Time focused (deadline driven environment) Full time office bound role with occasional travel out to clients to perform audit testing (although in the digital age this is reducing due to documents being shared by the clients electronically) * Degree (not required but nice to have – We are looking for a junior person but with a minimum 12-18months articles experience that can hit the ground running and take on smaller/non-complex jobs with little involvement from seniors) * CaseWare (essential) * MS Excel (essential) * Degree (not required but nice to have – We are looking for a junior person but with a minimum 12-18months articles experience that can hit the ground running and take on smaller/non-complex jobs with little involvement from seniors) * CaseWare (essential) * MS Excel (essential)
