As our Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within a supportive team, helping to plan, execute, and deliver exceptional events of all shapes and sizes. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & On-Site Event Execution Support development of event concepts, themes, floor plans, and run sheets.Ensure all event materials (signage, badges, programs, etc.) are prepared accurately and on time. Oversee event setup, registration, staff coordination, and event flow.Troubleshoot issues on-site and make quick decisions to maintain event success.Ensure safety protocols and venue regulations are followed. Post-Event Responsibilities Assist with post-event reports, evaluations, and ROI analysis.Collect feedback from clients and attendees.Process invoices and support budget reconciliation. Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as a point of contact for clients, attendees, vendors, and internal teams.Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and sponsorship activation. Vendor Management Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including venues, caterers, rental companies, and audio-visual teams.Review vendor contracts, invoices, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality.
