I have a spacious pet friendly bachelor room with an extra room. It has its own garage which is remote controlled and a garden in the front. Close to transport, sea and shops. Bachelor room 4M x 4M. Extra room 4M x 2,5M. Spacious enough for a couple.The bedroom is not separate. You drive into the garage; walk into the bachelor room, which leads to the extension. The extension leads onto the garden.It comes with cupboard space . Must have own furniture like a desk, lounge suite, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Cannot put a stove in there which uses more than 25amp. So a 2 plate stove with oven or a microwave oven will do. Incudes water and wifi , but prepaid electricity.It is pet friendly but no Children. Also no poor people ( must have at least R10 000 to live on after paying rent), disabled people , people over 50 still working , people out of cape Town who wants to take the place before seeing it. Or party animals who want to have load noisy braai’s until after 11:00.Afternoon noisy braai's are fine.This is a quite area and we like to keep it this way. It is 2 minutes walk from pubs and clubs where you and your friends can go to and make a noise. No more than 2 people are allowed to stay in the place and no people like your parent to join you once you moved in.
