Cleaning Job available at apartment complex in Mitchells Plain· Duties include: Floor Maintenance: sweep, mop and polish.·
Surface Cleaning: dusting, wiping down of surfaces, clean windows,
mirrors and walls.·
Daily Communal Bathroom Cleaning: clean and sanitize, and stock with soap
and toilet paper.·
Stock Management: keep track of sanitary items/detergents.·
Daily Security Office Cleaning.·
Clean garage and big windows once a week.·
Disinfect: disinfect surfaces where required.·
Spill clean up: clean substance spills where required.·
Waste Management: dispose of waste as required.·
Cleaning of units: deep clean units after tenants move out and before new
tenants move in according to procedure (Tenant Liaison/Property Manager will
instruct).·
Adhere to company policies and quality standards, and health and safety
regulations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
