Included:- Roof Top Tent 2.4 x 1.4 plus extension- Add-a-room side panels and integrated sealed floor(new)- Holdfast roof bards with all rubbers, fasteners and clamps- All flap uprights- Pegs & bags(main bag could do with replacement)- LED lights: under canopy & in-tent with 12V power cord*tent wasn't used much, mattress, zips, clips and canvas in very good condition, additional elastics for easier packing included. *these tents are tough and is the preferred make for rental companies, hence my choice.This tent uses the same quality materials and production process as the Serie III, but with the added feature of a sewn-in covered tent entrance.The Xklusiv tents come standard with an add-a-room that slides and hooks into place.The aluminium slide-out mechanism creates an add-a-room length of 235cm x the width of the tent.The add-a-room ripstop canvas panels are made to height and come with a full opening door and wheaterproof window with musquito net, zip-open rear panel and ground sheet.The Eezi Awn Xklusiv Tent come complete with Add-a-room which is 2 metres long x the width of the tent, and a ladder with built-in extension footpiece giving a maximum length of 235cm.PLEASE NOTE: the add-a-room is slightly lower than standard at about 190cm. It is brand new, never been used as my lifted vehicle with high profile roof rack was just too high. Would be perfect for lower vehicles, bakkie or high trailer type of setups if you want to use the add the room.
