These are manufactured from:-
Recycled 500g polyester scrim reinforced PVC which are either black or white on one side with some or other printing on the other side. • Alternatively a virgin 550g polyester scrim reinforced PVC can be selected.
Standard sizes are available – 12m x 9m, 9m x 9m, 9m x 6m, 6m x 6m, 6m x 3m. All other sizes can be made to order up to a maximum size of approximately 200m2 or 100kg in weight. All tarps come with a 60mm seam unless a wider seam is requested to accommodate a pole. Stainless steel eyelets are fitted at 1m intervals otherwise to customers specifications.

Ground SheetsRainbow Tarps and Linings ground sheets are made from either 280g polyester scrim reinforced mesh (specialised netted ground sheet) or from a recycled or virgin 500g or 550g reinforced PVC tarping. The 280g PVC mesh is tough, hard wearing and does not fray. This is great for pegging onto the ground as a larger ground cover, preventing dust and loose grass blowing around on your camping/ caravan stand. If a solid waterproof plastic ground sheet is preferred then the reinforced recycled 500g or virgin 550g is more suitable. Aquaponic / Hydroponic Grow Bed Liners /The grow beds are the centre of every aquaponics or hydroponic system. Our virgin or recycled 400-micron polyester scrim reinforced PVC liner is ideal for grow beds going into the ground and where a simple flat sheet will suffice. However, a raised grow bed or where a shaped liner is required our 450 micron is better suited. Both the above liners can be made to any length, width or depth. They are tough enough to withstand the weight of the water and the grow media they are to hold. These liners are non-toxic, safe to grow your plants in and won’t alter the PH level of your system.We can supply a custom-made outlet sleeve of any size that can fit onto your existing pipe work or supply you with a plastic screw on fitting of 25mm, 40mm, 50mm or 75mm. These plastic fittings fasten on to the lining with a threaded section going to the outside on which to a join any further piping or a tap.

Grain Dams are ideal for on-farm storing and preservation of grain anoother dry agricultural harvested produce i.e.: mielies, sun flower seeds, sorghum etc. Our welded mesh wall grain storage dams have a holding capacity of approximately 150 tons. They are packed in a kit form and 2 or 3 units can fit on a 1 ton bakkie. They are easily DIY installed.Grain dam size – 9.35m diameter x 2.2m deep / approximately 150 tons capacity. The painted mesh wall has 20cm x 20cm apertures with 5.6mm diameter thick vertical and horizontal strands. They are fitted with virgin 550g or 620g reinforced PVC plastic liner with a circular cover fitted with eyelets to tie down over the grain being stored. Smaller sized dams can be made on request.
