Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all finishing processes from post powder-coating through to final wrapping and dispatch readiness
Manage and supervise the timber section, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output
Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing and finishing
Maintain exceptional quality standards with strong attention to detail
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 10 staff members
Ensure deadlines are met in a high-pressure production environment
Requirements:
Solid experience in timber manufacturing and finishing processes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
