Key Responsibilities

Assist
with maintaining day to day financial records

Assist
with preparation of monthly financial statements
·
Reconcile
bank statements and credit card accounts
·
Process
accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices

Assist
with payroll processing
·
Ensure
compliance with US accounting standards – GAAP
Requirements

Experience
in performing accounting or bookkeeping functions

Experience
using QuickBooks or similar software
