We are an IT company, based in Milnerton, Western Cape - we are looking to employ a 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer.Qualifications / experience- Matric- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, desktop imaging and deployment.- Proficient in MS desktop operating systems and applications.- Proficient in PC hardware and printer troubleshooting and repair.Personal Traits- Punctual, ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, conscientious and reliable.- Friendly, Team player.- Able to work shifts if need be.- Hunger to learn new technology.Helpdesk functions- Resolve calls within SLA agreement period.- Regular updates on calls.- Unlock windows accounts and or passwords.- Support all MS Outlook functions for users who have email.- Ensure all printer dev ices are in good working order, support on toner replacements, paper jam etc.- Good working knowledge of CCTV cameras and Biometric systems.- Good understanding of trouble shooting.- General IT technical support.- Setting up mapped drives.- Tracing of dead network cables- Setting up of VPN for users - Understand the workings and support on VPN clients.Interest candidates are required to send their CV to employment@cloudintegrationservices.co.za by no later than close of business on Wednesday, 26 November 2025.The successful candidate will also have to have a valid driver's license and own means of transport.
