Housekeeping & Guest Services Coordinator – Woodstock, Cape TownWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping & Guest Services Coordinator to personally handle all cleaning and apartment turnovers, while also managing guest communication and day-to-day issues for a short-term rental apartment in Woodstock, Cape Town. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering spotless, hotel-quality cleaning and exceptional guest service.Key Responsibilities:Complete full cleaning and turnover of the apartment between guest stays, ensuring hotel-level presentation.Restock essentials (toiletries, amenities, consumables) and report low inventory.Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs when required.Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages, concerns, and complaints.Identify and report maintenance issues; coordinate minor repairs when needed.Conduct regular inspections to maintain the apartment in excellent condition.Communicate operational updates or guest issues to the host/owner.Requirements:Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or short-term rental management (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com etc.)Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; isiXhosa and Afrikaans are a strong plus.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.Based in Cape Town with reliable transport to Woodstock.At least two contactable references required.Only individuals can apply.
