I designed a test battery and life changing formation program, but haven't tested it out. I'm looking for 20 people who could try out the test and for 5 people (after taking the test) to participate in this mentorship program. It's an holistic program that helps to improve in things such as health, finances, faith, moral conduct, leadership, etc. So far I call it The Character Compass.The parts:1) The test battery. After doing the test, you will be placed in certain profile placement. Almost like the MBTI personality test, but this test doesn't measure personality but rather action vs inaction, and consideration/empathy vs selfishness. This is not a judgment tool. It just helps you see where you are on the map and see where you want to go.2) The formation/ mentorship program.
